(The case has been heard through video conference) The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents 1 to 5 to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' representation dated 11.03.2020 to conduct enquiry for cancellation of false and incorrect figures made in Release deed dated 22.01.2018 with regard to the extent of properties released by the respondents 6 to 10.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.T.Dharani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
