Seeking survey of the land situated in S.No.85/5 of Alathoor Revenue Village bearing Patta No.324 measuring an extent of 1.50 Ares, the petitioner made a representation on 17.08.2015, followed by another representation dated 31.08.2015 seeking removal of encroachment. Thereafter, the present Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to take appropriate action pursuant to the said representations.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 17.08.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to take appropriate action on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It appears that the petitioner has made the representation to the respondent no.1.
