This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1657 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24627 of 2021 on 14.02.2022 to appear before the respondent police on 1st working day of every month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
