This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records in the files of the 2nd respondent notification No.1/MRB/2024 dated 15.03.2024 in so far as prescribing the last date for submission of application as 15.05.2024 and quash the same as being illegal invalid and against the law and violated the equal rights of the petitioner in so far as the condition prescribed in Clause 6B (i) to (iii) prescribing that additional qualification being illegal, invalid and against the law and direct the respondents to extend the time for submitting the online application for the post of Assistant Surgeon (General) beyond 21.05.2024 to enable the petitioner and candidates like petitioner who are undergoing house surgeon (CRRI) and compete the CRRI on 21.05.2024.
