(CRIME NO.153/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the investigating officer daily at 10.30a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No. 10618 of 2022 dated 06.05.2022 before this Hon'ble Court and pass such other orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.VINOTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt.Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.10618 of 2022 on 06.05.2022 to report before the investigating officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for an interrogation.
