As against the order passed by the respondent no.2 against the petitioner and apparently, in favour of the respondent no.3, an appeal was filed before the respondent no.1 on 26.06.2015, followed by a legal notice on 09.08.2015. On their non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
