Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the 1st petitioner directed to appear before the Respondent Police on the first day of every English Calendar month and the Second Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent Police on the alternative Sunday, until further orders imposed by this Honble Court Crl.MP. No.6312 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.25888 of 2021 dated 05.05.2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THULASI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.6312 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.
25888 of 2021 on 05.05.2022 i.e. the First Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent Police on the first day of every English calendar month and the Second Petitioner is directed to appear before the Respondent Police on the alternative Sundays, until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
