This revision seeks a direction to learned Subordinate Judge, Ranipet, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.408 of 2014 within a stipulated time.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

3. First Respondent/plaintiff has filed O.S.No.408 of 2014 on the file of Subordinate Judge, Ranipet, seeking declaration of tile and permanent injunction. Petitioner is the first defendant in the said suit. On perusal of the 'B' Diary extract, this Court finds much delay in the conduct of proceedings before the Court below. Accordingly, this Court directs the Subordinate Judge, Ranipet, to dispose of O.S.No.408 of 2014 pending on its file as expeditiously as possible.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
