detenue/petitioner wife Anjali, aged about 32 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

Mr.R.Prathap Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submit that detenue was produced before the third respondent Police Station, in the presence of the petitioner, where, she expressed her unwillingness to rejoin the petitioner. He would further submit that petitioner had withdrawn the complaint.
