This application has been filed under Section 481 of the Companies Act, seeking order for dissolution of the Company under liquidation.

2.Heard Mr.Bhavishetty Sridhar, learned Deputy Official Liquidator and perused the report of the learned Official Liquidator. 3.It is seen from the records that the Company was directed to be wound up by order dated 15.12.2017 made in the above company petition. Yhe report of the Official Liquidator discloses that there are no significant assets of the Company available and the Directors of the Company are also foreigners. It is also found that the Company has been struck off from the register of the Registrar of Companies and the same has been published on 15.07.2017.

KKN 4.In the light of the above facts, I am satisfied that nothing remains to be adjudicated upon and no property of the Company is available for administration or sale. Hence, this application is allowed, the Company will stand dissolved with effect from today i.e., 01.10.2021. The learned Official Liquidator is permitted to file final accounts without auditing. The Official Liquidator will stand discharged.
