This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned letter issued by the 1st respondent dated 14.07.2021 under Section 29 of the State Financial Corporation Act. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Magesh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent.

It is an admitted case that the petitioner is only a lessee under the 2nd respondent. The impugned notice has been issued as against the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent has not chosen to come before this Court to challenge the notice. 4.

In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner does not have the locus standi to challenge the notice issued by the 1st respondent under Section 29 of the State Financial Corporation Act, 1961. In view of the same, this Court does not find any ground to interfere with the impugned notice issued by the 1st respondent and accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
