ORDER

Heard Mr.N.Subramani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Special Government Pleader accepting notice for the respondents and with their consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the his representation dated 25.07.2015 and consequently direct the respondents to return the amount Rs.13,79,000/- with 18% interest. 3.From the counter affidavit, it is seen that already the petitioner's representation was rejected by the District Collector by order dated 13.08.2005. The petitioner's case is that no order has been communicated to him. The original file has been produced by the learned Special Government Pleader, from which, it is seen that the order has been passed and communicated to the petitioner by registered post and the petitioner has received the same, as could be seen from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

postal acknowledgment card. Therefore, the contention raised by the petitioner that he has not received the order dated 13.08.2005 is incorrect [Page Nos.43 to 46 of the Original File]. Therefore, if the petitioner is aggrieved, he should challenge the said order dated 13.08.2005 and the relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted as the petitioner's request has already been rejected. 4.In the light of the stand taken in the counter affidavit, since the petitioner seeks to question the order, the 1st respondent is directed to forward a certified true copy of the order dated 13.08.2005 to the petitioner by registered post with acknowledgment due within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
