O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.11.2015 on the file of the respondent and to file the final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Arivalagan, Prabakaran, Selvaraj, Selvi and Kalyani stating that on account of the dispute over the pathway right, the counter petitioners abused and threatened the petitioner. The respondent police has assigned C.S.R.No.323/2015 on the complaint given by the petitioner. But no action was taken so far. Hence, the present petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petition enquiry is pending on the complaint given by the petitioner.

5. Since C.S.R.No.323/2015 has been assigned and petition enquiry is pending, this Court directs the respondent police to conduct an enquiry and upon enquiry, if the materials are gathered indicating any cognizable offence, he is directed to proceed further in accordance with law as early as possible. In the course of enquiry, if no prima facie is made out or the matter is civil in nature, he is directed to pass appropriate orders on the complaint made by the petitioner. vsi s/d- Assistant Registrar(CS-V) True Copy Sub-Assistant Registrar To
