Crl.M.P.No.6854 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5630 of 2023 SUNDER MOHAN, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.4917 of in Crl.O.P.No.5630 of 2023 dated 11.04.2023, passed by this Court to report before the Inspector of Police, Villupuram Town, everyday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.4917 of in Crl.O.P.No.5630 of 2023 dated 11.04.2023, is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Inspector of Police, Villupuram Town for once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
