ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the 1st respondent to consider representation of the petitioner dated 29.03.2025 and to take necessary steps to refund the cash of Rs.3,40,000/- which is put on hold from the 2nd respondent bank of "East India Agro Project", Account No.325005500245, IFSC Code - ICICU0003250, Biswanath Charali Branch, Assam and to deposit the same into the petitioner's Bank Account No.007701562174 with the 3rd respondent Bank

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 29.03.2025 submitted by the petitioner seeking refund of the cash to the tune of

Rs.3,40,000/-, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and conduct enquiry, and pass orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
