ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to direct the second respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.11.2014 and investigate the matter properly.

2.The petitioner lodged a complaint on 10.11.2014 as against one V.K.Mohan, S.Kirubakaran and P.Chandrasekar on the allegation of cheating the petitioner. Till date no action was taken by the respondent police. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present criminal original petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the respondents-Police, after conducting an enquiry, closed the complaint given by the petitioner. In this regard, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also produced a copy of the closure report for the perusal of this Court. 4.Since the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired and closed, nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, this criminal original petition is dismissed and the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law, if so desires.
