By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner was appointed as a Village Librarian during the year 2010 and his monthly salary was fixed at Rs.750/- per month and it was enhanced to Rs.1500/- in terms of the memorandum of the second respondent dated 21.10.2013. However, the monthly salary is not disbursed on time and in this regard, the petitioner submitted several representations to the respondents 1 and 2 and since no response is forthcoming, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the monthly salary due and payable to the petitioner has not been disbursed for the past 23 months and in this regard, he has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

submitted a representation dated 12.05.2015 to the respondents 1 to 3 and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

4.Heard the submissions of Mr.K.Vasudevan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mr.D.Suryanarayanan, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the second respondents 2 and 3. 5.This Court taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances, directs the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.05.2015 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
