ORDER

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 16.05.2024, adequate protection has been provided to the petitioner herein. He also submits that the third respondent who is the father of the petitioner been called and enquired and he has given an undertaking that he will not disturb the petitioner who has married person of different caste against his wish.

2. In the light of the above fact, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, Writ petition is closed. No costs.
