This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the complaint of the defacto complainant the petitioner has been summoned by the respondent police to attend enquiry. However in the meanwhile, the petitioner and the defacto complainant entered into a compromise and they are living together. 3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in this petition.
