ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking to quash the order dated 06.03.2024 passed by the respondent and to direct the respondent to accept the documents submitted by the petitioner and the registered Will in question.
2. Heard Mr.S.N.Subramani, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.L.S.M.Hasan Fizal, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent and also perused the records.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the petitioner has not submitted any document of title to show that the property which is the subject matter of the Will belongs to the testator and if such document is produced, they are ready to consider it fresh.
4. Taking note of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the writ petitioner to submit the document of title standing in the name of the testator along with the death certificate and legal 2/4
heir certificate and on submission of the said documents, the respondent shall consider the same and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
