The petitioner purchased the property in the year 2012, which was assigned in favour of one Palani s/o Muniyan, who died subsequently. The petitioner also belongs to the very same community of the said Palani. Seeking patta in his name, a representation was made by the petitioner on 18.06.2015. On its non consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.
