O R D E R
The defendants 1 to 4 in O.S.No. 23 of 2010 on the file of Principal Subordinate Court, Krishnagiri has filed the above Civil Revision Petition to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the suit, within a stipulated time.
2. The plaintiff filed the suit in O.S.No. 23 of 2010 for partition and for several other reliefs.
3. Mr.K.Thiruvengadam, learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that all the defendants have entered appearance and also filed their written statement and the issues were also framed by the Trial Court. The learned counsel further submitted that since the suit is pending for nearly 6 years, the defendants are put to hardship and prejudice.
4. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners and also taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, without expressing
any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the Principal Subordinate Court, Krishnagiri to dispose of the suit in O.S.No. 23 of 2010 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
