Crl.M.P.No.6836 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5532 of 2022 K.GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI.J, This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the Inspector of Police, Fort Police Station, Salem, every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. in Crl.MP.No.5198 of 2023 in Crl OP No.5532 of 2023 by an order dated 19.04.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
