ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.110 of 2010 on the file of Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Kancheepuram.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Cr.No.110 of 2010 was completed and closure report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Kancheepuram in RCS No.16 of 2011 and the same has also been accepted by the learned Magistrate as early as 12.12.2011.
