The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to to call for the records and to quash the FIR in Crime No.61 of 2012 pending on the file of the first respondent police viz., District Crime Branch, Kancheepuram Police Station. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

in Crime No.61 of 2012, investigation is over and charge sheet is also made ready, but it has not yet been filed in Court. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the first respondent to file the charge sheet before the concerned jurisdictional Court, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with the above direction. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
