This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police Villupuram Town everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.4917 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.5631 of 2023 vide order dated 11.04.2023 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions regularly.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed on the petitioner is partly relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police, on every Monday at 10.00 a.m, until further orders.
