..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2026 and to implement the order passed by the Revenue Tahsildar dated 17.03.2026 and update the survey reports in all the revenue records.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2026.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 25.02.2026 before the respondents to implement the order passed by the Revenue Tahsildar dated 17.03.2026 and update the survey reports in all the revenue records. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Ms.Inthu Karunakaran, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 25.02.2026 will be considered within a period of eight weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondents 2 & 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated

25.02.2026, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
