In the suit, pleadings are complete. A direction has also been issued by the Division Bench of this Court in O.S.A.(CAD) Nos.155 and 156 of 2021 by its order dated 25.02.2022 requesting this Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible.

Both the counsels seek time to file affidavit of admission/denial of documents.

At their request, post the matter on 19.10.2023.

In view of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in O.S.A.(CAD) Nos.155 and 156 of 2021, dated 25.02.2022, O.A.Nos.466 and 467 of 2021 are closed.
