ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Pollachi, to entertain the copy application dated 20.07.2016 in SR.No.6850/2016 in CMP No.3232 of 2016 filed by the petitioner and to furnish the copies stated in his copy application.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. According to the petitioner, the respondent has initiated proceedings in CMP No.3232 of 2016 before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Pollachi against the petitioner and others and that the petitioner made a copy application, which was returned by the Magistrate on the ground that, "No final adjudication is passed. Hence, copy application is returned".

4. It is seen that this petitioner has not even received summons from the Judicial Magistrate-I, Pollachi.

5. Under such circumstances, the adjudication order passed by the Magistrate does not suffer from any infirmity. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
