The present writ petition is filed for directing the respondents to give permission to run the petty shop at Kamarajar Park outside nearby Kalmandapam bus stop, Royapuram, Chennai-600 013 in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2024.

2. Mr.M.Habeeb Rahman, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.D.B.R.Prabhu, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of respondents 3 and 4 and submitted that they will consider the petitioner's representation. 2/4

3. In the light of the above submission, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.04.2024, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
