3. Since the claim of the respondent has already been settled by the applicant, necessarily this application has to be allowed as prayed for. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for by raising the order 1/3

of attachment, dated 22.11.2018 passed in I.A. No.25 of 2018 in Arbitration Case No.VKT/SF/82/2018on the file of the Arbitral Tribunal.
