This petition has been filed to relax a condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.6918 of 2023 on 30.03.2023.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6918 of 2023 on 30.03.2023 regularly. Accordingly, he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.
4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6918 of 2023 on 30.03.2023 is relaxed. However, the petitioners will themself be available, as and when required by the respondent police.
