ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner in any manner with regard to the enquiry pending on the file of the 1st respondent police.

1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a complaint given by one Subathradevi, petition enquiry is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall cooperate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused.
