Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the Principal Sessions Judge at Thiruvannamalai to consider their bail application on the same day in connection with in Crime No.266 of 2015 on the file of respondent herein upon surrender of the petitioners before them.

ORDER

The petitioners, alleging that they have been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 of IPC r/w 3(1)(r) of SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989 Amendment Act 2014 seek a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge at Thiruvannamalai to consider and dispose of their bail application that will be filed by them under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day of their surrender before him in connection with Cr.No.266 of 2015 on the file of the respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 3.Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioners are prepared to surrender https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

before the learned Principal Sessions Judge at Thiruvannamalai, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge at Thiruvannamalai, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioners along with their surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.
