O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to survey and lay boundary stones to the petitioner's land comprised in S.No.387/35D1(Old survey No.387/2D1K1W)having an extent of 0.83.0 ares at No.04 Nellikuppam village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpet District. 2.The petitioner states that his father Ethirajulu Naidu had inherited the property situated in survey no.387/35D1 at Nellikuppam Village,

Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpet District. His father had sold an extent of 0.90 cents in favour of one Vittobai Ammal on 09.02.1994. Vittobai Ammal's husband is one Janakiraman. The siblings of the said Janakiraman had executed a release deed in favour of Janakiraman including the property of the petitioner's father. Subsequently, the property was also alienated by one Dhanasekaran the power of attorney of Janakiraman. Without notice to the petitioner's father, his holdings were reduced. Pointing out that there is an error, the petitioner filed a representation on 02.11.2023. The wrong classification and the reduction of an extent were corrected by the Revenue Department on 09.10.2024.

3. In order to identify and demarcate the property in possession of the petitioner, he called upon the Tahsildar to survey the property. As no action has been initiated , he has come forward with the present writ petition.

4. When the matter was taken up Mr.S.Balamurugan, learned Government Advocate states that the Tahsildar shall survey of the property

within a period of four weeks from today. This statement is recorded as undertaking given by the 4th respondent to this court.

5. The 4th respondent before conducting the survey, shall issue notice to the 5th respondent and any other persons, who claims any interest over the property.
