ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

2. This is an application for condonation of delay of 12 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case.

3. Taking into consideration the short period of delay and the cause shown, we are inclined to condone the delay.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed. Registry to number the Criminal Revision Case and list the same for admission in usual course.
