This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to forbearing the 3rd respondent from effecting changes in the revenue records till the title over the subject property is decided by the civil court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the petitioner had paid the entire current consumption charges.

3. Recording the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to cost. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is also closed.
