ORDER

This petition is filed praying for a direction to the respondents to file final report in Crime No.230 of 2015 or transfer the investigation to some other authority for fair enquiry.

2.The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Durai and five others for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC. Though the complaint has been registered in Crime No.230 of 2015 on 15.06.2015 and more than six months have elapsed, till date there is no progress in the investigation and final report has not been filed. Hence, this petition.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent police to expedite the investigation, complete the same and file final report as early as possible. 5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
