ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a limited relief. The petitioner seeks an early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.339 of 2025, pending on the file of the II Additional District Munsif Court, Salem.

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents in this civil revision petition, notice to the respondents is dispensed with by this Court.

3. The aforesaid suit has been filed by the petitioner seeking a declaration to declare that the cancellation deed is null and void. Since the suit is of the year 2025, time frame for disposing the said suit cannot be fixed by this Court at this stage. The only limited relief that can be granted to the petitioner is to direct the trial court to dispose of the said suit as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of by directing the II Additional District Munsif Court, Salem to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.339 of 2025, after completion of pleadings as well as after framing of issues and after trial, as expeditiously as possible.
