ORDER

Petitioner has come up with the present petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in CSR.No.1105 of 2012 on the basis of the FIR dated 23.05.2012.

2. The case of the petitioner is that she is owner of the property situated at No.9/44, Periyar Street, Padikupam, Padi, Ambattur Taluk and is in possession and peaceful enjoyment of the said property. On coming to know that one Adhilakshmi, Rajammal, Muniammal, Senthilkumar and Venkateshan and Varadharaj have joined together and created bogus document in order to grab her property, she immediately lodged a complaint before the second respondent, who after investigation, registered a FIR in Cr.No.1105/2012 on 23.05.2012 for the alleged offences u/s.384, 420, 465, 468, 506[i] IPC. It is the contention of the petitioner that though the FIR came to be registered as early as on 23.05.2012, no final report has been filed as against the accused persons and hence, the petitioner has come forward with the above petition.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the FIR was transferred to CCB-VI (B) and also states that lot of documents have to be collected for further investigation and seeks some more time to complete the investigation.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this court I hereby directs the respondent to expedite the investigation and file a final report as early as possible. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
