The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.02.2024 for the offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 392, 397, 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Crime No.50 of 2024, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. On perusal of the records, it is seen that the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 27.02.2024. So, as per the procedure contemplated under Section 167(2) Cr.P.C., the petitioner is entitled for statutory bail. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the petitioner can move statutory bail before the regular court.
