Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 3rd respondent police to grant police protection for not to erect the cell phone tower by the 4th respondent in the said area which is comprised in Old No.24, New No.31, 3rd Street, Ramunuja Nagar, Upplipalayam, Coimbatore based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.05.2019 and consequently take appropriate action as per law against the accused persons.

O R D E R

The relief as sought for by the petitioner seeking for police protection and preventing the 4th respondent from erecting the cell phone tower, cannot be granted by this Court. 2.If the 4th respondent erecting cell phone tower in accordance with law, they cannot be prevented by the police and the police will have no role to play in dispute of the nature. 3.In the result, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
