[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner claiming to be the wife of the detenu - Karunamoorthy has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the 1st respondent for production of the detenu before this court.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Today, the detenu is present. It is not a case of illegal detention. Having taken note of the nature of the dispute, we had referred the matter for mediation. The mediation report would suggest that the dispute has not been resolved. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed setting the detenue at liberty.
