..Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to order modification of condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur by an order dated 07.07.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.2772 of 2021 in Cr.No.8 of 2021 that the petitioners/accused 2 and 3 shall report before the All Women Police Station, Thiruvallur daily by 10.00 a.m for 30 days and pass necessary orders.

O R D E R

This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the Trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.2772 of 2021.

2. The Trial Court, while granting anticipatory bail, directed the petitioner to appear before the All Women Police Station, Thiruvallur daily by 10.00 a.m for 30 days.

3. A perusal of the condition imposed by the Trial Court and further considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the condition imposed by the Trial Court is just and reasonable and therefore, no modification is required. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
