Though the petitioner sought for a larger relief, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the pending representations given on various dates (i.e.) 20.09.2010, 25.10.2013, 07.08.2014 and 26.08.2015, may be directed to be disposed of. In the above said representations, the petitioner has made a request based upon the Settlement Deed executed by the deceased Aarayi Ammal, being the mother of the petitioner, in her favour.

2.Taking into consideration the pendency of numerous representations, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
