[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.,] This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed, seeking to condone the delay of 443 days in preferring the Criminal Appeal, against the judgment made, in S.C.No.66 of 2011 dated 11.12.2014 on the file of the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

Various reasons have been stated by the petitioner for the delay in the filing of the Criminal Appeal.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing on behalf of the respondent, has got no serious objection, for this Court passing an order, allowing the Miscellaneous Petition.

In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and in view of the submission of the learned Counsels, appearing on behalf of the parties concerned, we find it appropriate to condone the delay of 443 days in the filing of the Criminal appeal, against the judgment of conviction, made in S.C.No.66 of 2011
