..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for writ of Mandamus, Directing the Respondents to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2021, seeking to make necessary corrections in the Computerized documents confirming the Patta issued in the favor of the Petitioner herein based on the recommendation of the 1st Respondent by his letter in O.Mu.8531/2021/U4 dated 15.04.2021, within the time limit fixed by this Hon'ble Court. The writ petitioner had given representation on 23.03.2021 to the 1st respondent/The District Collector, Erode District to make necessary correction in the computerised documents with respect to the patta granted infavour of the petitioner herein.
2. The land in question is in survey no. 316/1. Let me not examine the details of the history of the said lands. But the petitioner herein seeks a direction to grant patta for the lands which measures 0.94 cents. It is stated that the 3rd respondent namely The Revenue Divisional Officer at Erode had directed the 4th respondent namely Revenue Tahsildar, Perundurai Taluk Office, Erode to grant patta to the petitioner herein. The 4th respondent had made necessary correction in the computerised documents with respect to the patta. This was confirmed by proceedings dated 18.06.2020. Thereafter, the petitioner herein had made a representation dated 23.03.2021 again to the 1st respondent/District Collector, Erode District once again to carry out the necessary corrections in the computerised documents. The 1st respondent had directed the 4th respondent to take requisite action by order dated 15.04.2021. Aggrieved that no action has been taken by the 4th respondent/Revenue Tahsildar, Perundari Taluk Office, Erode District, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. Heard Mr.A.Murali, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Accordingly, a direction is issued to the 4th respondent to consider the order of the 1st respondent dated 15.04.2021 and also examine the representation of the petitioner dated 23.03.2021 and if require, invite the petitioner, examine the records of the petitioner relating to the necessity for issuance of patta and thereafter pass orders, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above directions, the writ petition is allowed. No costs.
