ORDER

This petition is filed praying for a direction to the respondent to file the final report in the FIR Crime No.343 of 2015 dated 17.07.2015 on the file of the respondent police station.

2.The petitioner herein lodged a complaint as against one Venkatesan and three others for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii), 420 of IPC. Though the complaint has been registered in Crime No.343 of 2015 on 17.07.2015, till date there is no progress in the investigation and final report has not been filed. Hence, this petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.In view of the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent police to expedite the investigation, complete the same and file final report as early as possible. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
