ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's land to construct building and necessary action against the accused persons on the basis of representation made by the petitioner on 24.04.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the complaint lodged by the petitioner was enquired after issuing notice to the respondent and the same was closed.

3. Therefore, the direction sought for in this petition cannot be considered. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a fresh complaint on a fresh cause of action.
