PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in relation to the impugned communication dated 09.05.2022 vide Ka.No.u.po/E&P/pu/va/na/ko.objection/A.No.047/2022-23 passed by the third respondent, to quash the same and further direct the respondents 1 to 3 by not laying L.T Service Connection line in favour of the fourth respondent to his land comprised in Survey No.218/2A6 by passing through the petitioner's land, comprised in Survey No.218/1E2A of Mudalaipatty Village by considering the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2020.
